hunt of a lifetime awaits you. My name is Ed Burlarley and I'm the owner of Horse Prairie Lodge located in beautiful southwest Montana. I have extensive hunting experience in this area for over 29 years.
Although I am not a guide or outfitter, I have knowledge of about 40 square miles and am aware of how the elk and deer move during weather conditions.
This information will help you to be more successful in your hunting
endeavors. Due to weather conditions, elk can move up to 30 miles very easily in one night. With my experience and knowledge I can instruct you in the hunt. We
have successful clients that have hunted with us between 5-15 years. They have learned the area well and are willing to help new clients to become successful. We encourage you to contatct us
